Deep Flow Activation
These Terms of Service govern your access to and participation in the Deep Flow Activation program (the "Program") provided by Limitless Horizons LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, scheduling sessions, or accessing any related materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you must not enroll in or participate in the Program.
Deep Flow Activation is a 12-week online personal transformation program that combines live-guided one-on-one sessions, short daily audio activations, and personalized declarations to support nervous system regulation, mental calmness, emotional balance, and a sustainable state of deep flow. The Program is delivered exclusively online through video calls, audio recordings, written materials, and electronic communication.
The Program is educational and experiential in nature. It is designed to support personal growth, self regulation, and well-being for high-performing individuals who wish to move from mental and physical overload into greater balance and clarity.
The Program does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed health care services. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or care from a qualified health care provider.
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. If you have or suspect you have a medical or psychological condition, or if you are under the care of a physician, therapist, or other health professional, you must consult them before enrolling in or using the Program. You agree that you will not delay or disregard professional medical or psychological advice based on anything you experience in the Program.
Nothing in the Program constitutes financial, legal, or business advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and actions in all areas of your life and work.
To enroll in the Program you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that this is the case.

You agree not to participate in the Program while driving or performing any activity that requires your full attention and physical safety.
The investment for the Program and any available payment plan will be communicated to you before you enroll. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full Program fee, either in one payment or through the agreed payment plan.
If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for all scheduled installments. You remain responsible for all payments until the total Program fee has been paid.
Except where required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable. Because the Program involves live sessions, reserved time, and digital materials, we do not offer a money-back-guarantee and we do not provide refunds for partial participation, missed sessions, or change of mind.
If you experience genuine hardship or circumstances beyond your control, you may contact us to discuss possible rescheduling or mutually agreed adjustments. Any such accommodations are at our sole discretion and do not change the no refund policy.
Session dates and times are arranged by mutual agreement between you and Peter Hadorn. You agree to respect these appointments as you would any professional commitment.
If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as used and may not be rescheduled. Repeated rescheduling may limit our ability to offer alternative times.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when reasonably necessary, for example due to illness, technical issues, or unforeseen events. In such cases we will offer alternative times within a reasonable period.
All Program content, including but not limited to audio recordings, written materials, processes, methods, and any other resources created or provided by us, is owned by Limitless Horizons LLC or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
When you enroll in the Program, we grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Program materials for your own private use only. You may not share, sell, distribute, publish, record, modify, or create derivative works from the Program materials without our prior written consent.
We treat your personal information and anything you share during sessions with care and discretion. We will not intentionally disclose your information to third parties except:
You acknowledge that online communication can never be fully guaranteed as secure and that we cannot be responsible for unauthorized access that is beyond our reasonable control.

The Program is delivered online. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, suitable device, and any required software such as video conferencing tools or audio players.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Program and related materials available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control.
Deep Flow Activation is designed to support deep and meaningful transformation, but individual results will vary. Your experience depends on many factors, including your history, your level of commitment, your health, and your participation.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or change in your health, mood, income, business, or life circumstances. Any examples of benefits, shifts, or results are illustrative only and do not constitute promises or guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program and all related content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless Horizons LLC, its members, managers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, your use of Program materials, or your reliance on any information provided.
If, despite these Terms, we are found to be liable for any damages, our total liability shall be limited to the total amount you paid for the Program.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Limitless Horizons LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, your breach of these Terms of Service, or your misuse of any Program materials.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms of Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
